9.2 Maintenance checklist

Regular maintenance and cleaning of the individual system components increases the lifetime of the inspection device and reduces repair costs.

Proceed according to the checklist:

Inspection device Clean system and operation range (oil and material residues, dirt), in particular:
• Sensor and their ceramics
• Encoder system
Remedy deficiencies and damages.

Wheels
Check for excessive abrasion and damages.

Guide rollers
Check rollers for ease of movement.
Check for abrasion or damages.

Cable drags
 Check for damages.
Check cables for relief.
Cables are to be flexible and must not be twisted.

Inspection device
Check all screw connections.

Runner blocks
Lubricate with grease guns via grease nipples with one of the following recommended lubricants:
• Rexroth R3416 037 00
• Castrol Longtime PD2
• Elkaub GLS 135/N2

Guiding rails
Clean rails, but do not degrease.
Check for wear and damages.
