After initial operation – Calibration workflow
After having performed the normalization, the steps after the initial
operation/normalization can be summarized as follows:
Figure 62:
Calibration procedure after normalization
Micro-magnetic state is
known - Yes
Indication as NOK,
anomaly is already included in calibration and is reported as hard spot.
Micro-magnetic state is
known - No
Indication as Error, anomaly is unknown and not yet included in calibration database.
Update of calibration is required using proper referencing methodology such as a Leeb
hardness tester.
New Micro-magnetic state is known – Yes
Indication as NOK, anomaly is now included in calibration and is reported as hard spot.
