3.1.2 Exchanging the rollers
Exchange
the wheel when observing improper balance and excessive wear. To do so,
conduct the following steps as illustrated in the figure below:
- Untighten the screws and remove the plate.
- Pull out the axle.
- Remove the wheel with the two composite bushings.
- Apply (press) two new bushings to the new wheel.
- Insert the new wheel.
- Push in the axle, note that the rabbet fits into proper position of the plate.

3.1.3 Exchanging the tension spring and rubber buffer
Please proceed analogously to section 3.1.2.

3.1.4 Cleaning of the probes and steel plate
Probes: The bottom of the probe heads can be covered with dust (impedes movement of
trolley). Clean them regularly with a brush.
Steel plate: Sweep the steel plate from raw dirt, especially ferromagnetic components.
